Mean Murphy Knuckles is one of the secondary antagonists of the 1995 (1996 internationally) film Annie: A Royal Adventure!, the other being his partner Rupert Hogbottom. He has less hair (which is black) than Rupert, whose mother is their boss Lady Hogbottom. He is played by Perry Benson.
